Bo Rusbjerg
Organisational Transformation · Project & Programme Management · Process Development
Bo has 12+ years of experience leading complex programmes and organisational transformations across Denmark, Germany, France, the US and China. He has worked with companies including Siemens, Danfoss and Vestas, and served as Vice Chairman of Danish Project Management (DPL), driving strategy implementation at a national level.
He works as a trusted advisor and coach to CEOs and development managers, helping them turn strategy into tangible output and lasting behaviour. Bo is an IPMA-B certified senior programme manager.
Conny Christmann
Transformation · Training Design · Leadership Development
Conny brings 30+ years of international consulting experience with a background rooted in education and psychotherapy. She began her career in London, where she co-founded the European Association of Neuro-Linguistic Psychotherapists, and has since supported organisations across Europe and Asia.
Her clients include Siemens, ABB and Continental. She specialises in learning programme design, cultural transformation, executive coaching and IPMA certification preparation, working across Germany, the UK, Turkey, Asia and the Gulf Region.
