Here is what happened when organisations chose the right people for the job.
Challenge:
A Danish technology company had grown rapidly over several years. Projects were delivering late, collaboration between project managers and operational teams was strained, and leadership lacked the predictability needed to make sound decisions. The organisation had not failed. It had simply grown faster than its operating model.
What we did:
We designed and implemented a new operating model built on three elements: a clear separation of responsibilities between projects and operational groups, a formalised interface for requesting and delivering work, and a standardised sprint-based execution model. The change programme included role-specific training, structured communication frameworks and on-site coaching throughout the transition.
Challenge:
A Danish R&D organisation needed experienced project management to lead a complex product development project to completion. The internal team had strong technical expertise but needed structured project leadership to drive it across the finish line.
What we did:
We provided an interim project manager who took ownership from day one, establishing overview, clear priorities and consistent momentum across the project team.
Challenge:
A German organisation needed to move from ad hoc project execution to a consistent, structured approach across their corporate project office. They needed both the right frameworks and the organisational buy-in to make the change last.
What we did:
We designed and led a series of project management training sessions that combined practical frameworks with real-world application. Every session produced tools and templates ready for immediate use.
The organisation left with practical strategies and templates that could be implemented straight away.
Challenge:
A Dutch organisation needed a shared understanding of their current product management maturity and clarity on where they wanted to go. Without that foundation, prioritisation and strategic alignment were difficult to sustain.
What we did:
We ran a structured workshop using a visual framework to map the current state of product management, identify gaps and align on future priorities. The approach made complex strategic questions concrete and actionable.
