When growth outpaces the way you work

Challenge:
A Danish technology company had grown rapidly over several years. Projects were delivering late, collaboration between project managers and operational teams was strained, and leadership lacked the predictability needed to make sound decisions. The organisation had not failed. It had simply grown faster than its operating model.

What we did:
We designed and implemented a new operating model built on three elements: a clear separation of responsibilities between projects and operational groups, a formalised interface for requesting and delivering work, and a standardised sprint-based execution model. The change programme included role-specific training, structured communication frameworks and on-site coaching throughout the transition.

Result

  • Early results show measurable improvements in delivery predictability, role clarity and cross-functional collaboration. Issues are now identified earlier in the planning cycle, reducing reactive firefighting and giving leadership a clearer basis for decisions.

Challenge:
A German organisation needed to move from ad hoc project execution to a consistent, structured approach across their corporate project office. They needed both the right frameworks and the organisational buy-in to make the change last.

What we did:
We designed and led a series of project management training sessions that combined practical frameworks with real-world application. Every session produced tools and templates ready for immediate use.
